Airport Tranfers

For business and leisure travelers, Chicago A1 Limousine provides quality transportation to and from all major and private airports. Our chauffeurs are knowledgeable and familiar with all airport sites. We use state-of-the-art technology to monitor all arrivals and gate information, and communicate any travel changes to our chauffeurs. Whether you are traveling alone or with a group, Chicago A1 Limousine will provide you with a vehicle fit for your needs and a service you can rely on and trust.

Our Meet-and-Greet Service is designed for large groups and is directed by a Chicago A1 Limousine Coordinator. Upon arrival, our Coordinator will be there to assist travelers with baggage claim and direct travelers to their assigned vehicles in a swift and organized manner.

O'Hare Arrivals
	Please follow the following instructions when arriving at O’Hare Airport:
	Whether you checked luggage or not, please proceed to the baggage claim level.
	Once you have all your luggage, go to any public pay phone on that level and call: 1- 888-546-6012 (it's toll-free - no change required).
	Our O’Hare dispatcher will ask for your last name and/or confirmation number. Please have this information ready before you call.
	The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a description of it along with its license plate number. Please understand that O’Hare regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 7-10 minutes for the car to reach you.

MIDWAY Airport Arrivals
	Please follow these instructions when arriving at Midway Airport:
	Whether you checked luggage or not, please proceed to the baggage claim level.
	Once you have all your luggage, go to any public pay phone on that level and call: 1- 888-546-6012 (it's toll-free - no change is required).
	Our Midway dispatcher will ask for your last name and/or confirmation number. Please have this information ready before you call.
	The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a description of it along with its license plate number. Please understand that Midway regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 5-12 minutes for the car to reach you.
